Servicing Your Watch

It is essential to use the services of an MBHI or FBHI qualified watch repairer to gain the quality workmanship assurance set out by the British Horological Institute. Qualified horologists must meet these high standards and can lose their qualifications if a complaint to the BHI is upheld. Having your watch repaired by someone without these qualifications does not offer you the same confidence in the competence of your repairer.

When having a Rolex repaired/serviced, always use a Rolex trained and approved repairer because only they can get genuine parts from Rolex and are trained to use the specialist equipment necessary to meet the required standards of workmanship.

When contacting Robert, you will be able to discuss your individual requirements including case and bracelet refurbishment. Full information will be given to you on the availability of Rolex dials, hands, bezels, glasses and bracelets with an estimate for the cost of the service.

Robert can advise you about the water resistant characteristic of your watch and discuss the testing process with you.

All watches are serviced to meet the timekeeping tolerances specified by the manufacturer, and Robert has the high precision tools and equipment to meet these requirements.

You are welcome to contact Robert by email or telephone for technical information regarding the repair of your watch.
